Amazon is sponsoring the everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards, celebrating women's contributions to the industry. The finalists include seven Amazon employees. Shipra Singh, General Manager for Amazon transportation, has been nominated in the Freight Award category for the Leader Award. Kris Hammond, Site Leader of Chesterfield fulfilment centre, is in the running in the Supply Chain Award category. Caroline Milnes, Senior Manager for Fleet Management and Programs, is in the Leader Award category for the Infrastructure Award. They will find out if they have won at an awards ceremony on 13 October.
