Commerce Minister to address FFFAI Diamond Jubilee Event as ... - India Shipping News

- The Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI) is celebrating its Diamond Jubilee function in New Delhi on June 9, 2023 with the theme "FFFAI Transcending Boundaries".

- Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, Government of India Shri Piyush Goyal will be the Chief Guest at the event.

- FFFAI is the National Apex Body of the Customs Brokers in India and was established in 1962 to organize united action to promote exim trade interests with professionalism at the national and international level.

- The event will also feature panelists from the logistics industry, unveiling of a Diamond Jubilee Souvenir, Coffee Table Book and eBL (e-Bill of Lading) to benefit the exim trade.

- FFFAI Chairman, Mr Shankar Shinde, stated that the Federation will continue with its endeavors to empower Customs Brokers and logistics service providers by providing an international platform for networking and continual training programs.

- The event will be attended by top officials from different Ministries of the Government of India and logistics industry stakeholders from across the country.
