DP World To Invest $510 Million To Develop Tuna-Tekra Mega ... - Marine Insight

DP World has signed a concession agreement with the Deendayal Port Authority to develop a mega-container terminal at Kandla in Gujarat, India. The terminal will have a capacity of 2.19 million TEUs per year and will cost approximately $510 million. It is expected to be completed in 2027 and will be connected to the hinterland through various transportation networks. This project is part of the National Infrastructure Pipeline and aligns with the government's goal of making India an "Exports Hub".
