The acquisition will strengthen eTrans' product and solutions offering and expand its geographical reach. With a combined revenue base of INR 28 Crs, the company aims to achieve INR 40 Crs in revenue for 2023-2024 and INR 100 Crs in the next three years. eTrans plans to enhance real-time tracking capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and invest in cutting-edge IoT technology.
