FM Logistic, a French contract logistics provider, has launched its first Control Tower facility in Pune, India. The tower provides centralised transportation control tower services that offer end-to-end visibility, supply chain restructuring, transformation and optimisation through data analysis, network re-engineering and process automation. India's logistics sector is expected to grow from a $200bn market in 2020 to $320bn by 2025, requiring greater use of digital technologies. FM Logistic aims to provide consolidation, optimisation and efficiency for a more robust and resilient supply chain. A dedicated team of around 100 experts is responsible for the control tower.
